Yes. EduTrack LMIS is designed with an understanding of the QCTO and SETA training environment. It supports the management of learner information, programme records, assessments, results and the administrative evidence that skills development providers need to maintain. Our approach combines software development with practical knowledge of training-provider operations. Each provider remains responsible for meeting the requirements relevant to its qualifications, accreditation and reporting obligations.

It is important to distinguish the approval of a training provider from the approval of a software product. The QCTO accredits skills development providers and assesses their readiness, including relevant learner-record management processes and systems. We do not claim that EduTrack LMIS holds a separate QCTO product-approval certificate. Based on our experience, EduTrack LMIS has been presented and used by multiple training providers during successful QCTO accreditation verification processes, with positive outcomes for the providers concerned. This experience does not constitute an official QCTO endorsement of the software or guarantee accreditation for any other provider.

Our standard implementation timeframe is 30 business working days. This allows for system setup, configuration, preparation and the necessary implementation checks. The specific project schedule, start date and any additional requirements will be confirmed during onboarding.

EduTrack LMIS focuses on learner administration and information management, including applications, enrolments, learner records, programmes, assessments and administrative reporting. EduTrack LMIS Plus combines those management capabilities with a Learning Management System (LMS), allowing your institution to deliver and manage digital learning content, learning activities and online assessments in the same solution.

Yes. EduTrack LMIS Plus includes online learning functionality, allowing institutions to provide learning materials, organise lessons, assign activities and assessments, and monitor learner progress. Where a qualification requires practical work, workplace experience or prescribed assessment arrangements, online learning should be used in a way that still meets those specific requirements.
